3. Consent to Biometric Data Collection and Use
Your use of the System for attendance and related purposes requires the collection and processing of your facial biometric data (facial images converted into mathematical templates). By opting to use the System, you provide your explicit consent for the Institute to:
- Capture and store your facial images for the sole purpose of generating a biometric template.
- Convert your facial images into an encrypted mathematical template (biometric template).
- Store and use this biometric template for automated facial recognition to record your attendance and verify your identity for the stated purposes.
- Retain your biometric template and associated attendance data for the duration specified in the Privacy Statement.
You understand that you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time by contacting the Institute's Privacy Officer. Withdrawal of consent may require the use of alternative manual attendance methods.
4. User Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete personal identification information during registration.
- Proper Use: You agree to use the System only for its intended purposes and in accordance with Institute policies and instructions.
- Security: You understand the importance of maintaining the security of any login credentials provided to you for accessing System features (if applicable).
- Cooperation: You agree to cooperate with Institute staff regarding any System-related inquiries or issues.
5. Data Accuracy and Reporting

6. System Availability and Modifications
